New Year, New Homes
As the New Year comes and goes, it is the perfect time to be looking for a new house. Prices are great right now, so it could not be a better time to look for a new house. How great would it be to have a new year, a new you, and a new home? The possibilities are endless in Ann Arbor's real estate markets. One of the homes I have listed is a great prospect for someone looking to turn a profit on a remodel. Ever watched the TV shows Rehab Addict or Property Brothers? This would be a house that they would love. Someone with a vision who isn't afraid to spend a little to make a great profit in the end. If you are that type of person, think about my house listed at 1605 Harvest Lane for only $45,000. This house could be a great home with some investment.
If you're not looking for a new project to make some money in the new year, maybe think about upsizing or downsizing your home. Often times, we feel like we need the big home, or that we could only afford a modest home that just isn't big enough. What better time than now to go ahead and make that change? Get a house that fits you and your families needs! Stop wasting time being unhappy in your current living conditions. Life is too short to dwell on what isn't right. Instead of dwelling, take a chance and make that move.
Others may be content in their houses now, and that is perfectly fine. Real estate transactions can be scary and seem like a foreign language. But that is what I am here for. To make that transition from seller, to buyer, to seller once again, much easier. If you are content in the house you live in now, don't forget to mention my name to others who may not be as content as you are. Referrals are the way I get business.
